Well, We are in the business of saving you money we fix what's broken as opposed to replacing it, quite often in the contracting business expensive items sustain damage during or after the building process. That's where we come in We specialize in fixing the unfixable. Here's an example. Let's say you're putting the finishing touches on a brand new bathroom. Hypothetically speaking someone drops something over the bath tub causing it to chip the pristine porcelain surface. A typical course of action would be to order a new tub and perfom the installation all over again. This can cost thousands of dollars. We offer a way to repair the item at a significantly lower cost.

"The Fairmont Pacific Rim was chosen to host the Annual Fairmont Leadership Conference this past March. 144 of our rooms were occupied by Fairmont's Corporate office, GM's, Director of Operations, and Director of Sales. To say we had some very discerning guests would be an understatement. Although our product is less than a year old our hallways were showing a bit of wear and tear, mostly from luggage carts and house keeping carts. We realized that this was what our VVIP guests would see the first instant when they would arrive on the guest floors. We looked into a couple of options for replacement of the wall paper for 22 guest floors, and the pricing we received was staggering in the $150K - $200K range. We had called Skyline to quote on the replacement of wallpaper, and once they came on site for an inspection they let us know that we would be better to do a renewal rather than a replacement at a fraction of the price. Skyline and thier crew did an absolute amazing job renewing our wallpaper. The crew looked very professional while on property and the job was done in an efficient manner, and we even receivedsome guest feedback as to how courteous their staff was."
